When you book a move we may store your name, phone number, email, addresses, catalog items, and job tracking details so we can run your booking and support you.
We use your data only to provide MoveLane services: quotes, matching with drivers, live tracking, payments, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing or any other purpose outside operating this service.
Your data is stored on MoveLane's own systems and trusted infrastructure providers we use to run the app (for example our database and email delivery). It is not sold to third-party data brokers.
If you create an account and later delete it from your account settings, we permanently delete your personal account data from our systems. We do not keep a separate copy of your account profile for reuse. Active or completed job records may be anonymised so operations and safety history can continue without your name, email, or phone.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. MoveLane does not store full card numbers on our servers.
We use essential cookies for sign-in and booking. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser as movelane_cookie_consent.
If you choose "Enable push alerts" (or install the app and allow notifications), we store a browser push endpoint for your account so we can send job offers and booking status updates while MoveLane is closed. You can revoke permission in your browser or device settings at any time; we remove dead endpoints automatically.
